Ipad App not saving map properly causing loss of data

Hi,

For work reasons I had to shift from the Android Tablet version to iPad.
It seems the iPad version still has the issue the old Android version used to have with loss of data.
For some reason when you edit the map and then close it, all the changes are lost.
I just had the case yesterday where my notes from 2/3's of a meeting where lost. Thankfully my memory is better than the electronic one on the app ;-)

Is there a fix in sight for this issue ?

This will be my last reply. I am sorry that Mindjet doesn ́t take care of their custumers and fix the problems. Now I use iThoughts instead and it works perfect all the time. 
Good luck Mindjet, and I hope that You will try to change the way you work, otherwise I am sure you will be out of buisness. I have been faithful to your company for 25 years, but the last two years lack of fixing the problems with Mindjet for iPhone and iPad forces me to change products.

Arnaud, we expect to have an update out within the next two weeks if all goes well. The fix should be going into testing early next week.

Peter, I'm very sorry to hear that but I understand given the issue and time to respond to it. We are on top of this issue now although we had resourcing challenges previously.

2 months ago you had to fix the problem in two weeks. Is something happened in the meantime?? Because my Mindmanger for Ipad is still loosing my data and it is IMBEREABLE!!!!!! How can i have my money back?

Also highly frustrated by the lack of progress on this fix - it really renders the app unusable and speaks very poorly for the company

I expect my money back and not really waiting to see how a mediocre support (see the issue hsopenjng ages ago in Android) is now happening to iOS since last year and no update. We are mid March!

i im disaponted with mindjet on iphone and ipad.
that's a great pity.
i will evaluate mindmeister now.
for mindmeister PRO, i will pay 100 bucks per year but ....no data loss!
