Ipad and browser cannot connect with server

The Ipad can not connect with the server anymore. The login from a internet browser on the computer has also become impossible (loading takes forever).
The last error notfication was from the Ipad, that there is not enough space left, which is unlikely, because there are only 3 Maps on the account. I then deleted the account on the Ipad and tried to log on.
I can not access my mindmaps right now. I would like to know if the maps are still there because I need them.

Please try closing out of the application as well as the web browser. Re-open both the application and the web browser as that should alleviate the issue. If the problem persists, please let me know. Thank you!
