I tried just now and it looks like the security certificate has expired.

SYSADMIN should be able to correct that in less than 3 minutes

Lets see how long they need??

It also seems that there is an Adobe Flash plugin in use that is outdated.

At least that is what firefox tells me.

We are encountering some issues with the Mindjet Connect (Saas) Platform.
The issues have been escalated to the Mindjet executive level and our Ops team is  working on resolving.I don't have an ETA for resolution at this time but it has our highest of attention. I will update the community as soon as the problem is resolved.

Anyone else seeing this - can't login with Mindjet Tasks on iPhone since Sunday... any ideas ? Is this iOS only issue perhaps...

The Mindjet Tasks server for our iOS and Android apps is experiencing issues. You will need to use our web client (https://vision.mindjet.com) to manage your tasks until this issue is resolved. We will update this thread when the issue has been resolved or when additional information is available.

Marian, thanks for your response but I'm not too impressed with the service or indeed the product these days...

1) its been offline for days now and noone even bothered to respond to my tweet on the weekend when I first noticed it not working... where is the central status for all services and why not proactively inform users (e.g. you must use web until we tell you so)?

2) both Mindjet Tasks and Mindjet Maps just hasn't progressed in any way for a long time... iThoughts is a better replacement for Mindjet Maps (still can't believe you can't see resource or task status!) and Taskmeister is a refreshing new entry with similar integration to Mindmeister but with the offline support that Mindjet Tasks probably will never have... and don't even get me started on the Mac client and everything that is missing.

And by the way - why is this still not fixed?!

Hi Mark, 

We are still working on resolving the issue. During our attempts to troubleshoot the issues with the server, we found the hardware was in bad shape and are now in the process of migrating to a new server. With that said, we hope to have this issue resolved in the next 5-10 business days but cannot commit to a specific date at this time. 

Please note - the issue is limited to the Mobile Tasks apps. Our web client (https://vision.mindjet.com) is 100% up and running. 

Thank you for your other feedback and suggestions regarding server status and our Mapping apps. While I cannot commit to implementing any changes at this time, I will ensure your voice is heard.
