I use mind map to for planning. I use the Gannt Chart to view this planning in a more legacy way. i want to share this Chart with people that have no Mindmap application. is there a possibility to export the Gannt Cahrt View into PDF or excell?
Yes, it's possible to print the Gantt chart view - and therefore if you have a PDF print driver on your computer you can print it to a PDF file. You could also take a screenshot or use a snipping tool to save the Gantt as an image, or "print" the Gantt view to an image file. The Enterprise version of MM2019 has more tools for exporting Gantt file images.
I'm not sure what you mean by exporting the Gantt view to Excel. While you can use one of the options I mentioned above to paste an image of the Gantt chart into Excel, that isn't particularly useful, and you can't send a "live" Gantt chart directly to Excel. You can export task data from a MM mind map to Excel in CSV format and then recreate the Gantt chart in Excel, but there is a bit or work involved and the results are fairly basic
Currently we do not have an ability to print Gantt charts with our initial release of the feature and it is definitely in our roadmap. We will be planning to add this to our next release. As a workaround you can take a screenshot and print it out separately or export as an image or PDF by navigating to File > Export > Image/PDF as shown in the screen shot below:
We will keep enhancing our offering to provide a better consistent experience. I really appreciate your patience.
