Is there any way to search through comments in the Mindjet Web application?

Our team is just starting to use Mindjet, and we rely a lot on task comments. I have tried to find messages by searching for words I remembered seeing in comments, but it seems that the search function only indexes titles. I expect the software to search everywhere in our work (tasks, projects, comments, posts, mindmap elements), so I am sure it is just something I'm not doing right. I hope.

Currently, the find function of Mindjet ProjectDirector only searches in topic text, text markers and task info resources. This is also mentioned in the help function: http://onlinehelp.mindjet.com/help/MJ...

The desktop versions for Windows and Mac offer better searchability for maps.

Thanks so much, Mathieu! I can tell right away that the user community is a great resource. This is not the answer I was hoping for, but it's great to know early on that this software has severe limitations. I will recommend that we move off of this platform as soon as possible.

Still, it would be useful if the search function could extend it's scope to task comments, attachment comments, and attachment titles. Especially as these items are not accessible through the map even though the tasks themselves are. Is such a development planned?

Sound like someone from Mindjet should promote this topic to an idea for future development :)

Already done Mathieu. I have forwarded this over to the Product Manager and classified this as an Idea.
