Issues trying to download and install mind manager 16 on windows 7

I downloaded MindManager 16.1.193 for windows, and when i open the file everything seems fine, with the mindmap logo appearing, then all of a sudden it disappears and installation stops?

No idea what is going here.

Do you know if you're using the 32-bit or 64-bit version of Microsoft Office? (see File > Account > About in any Office application) It might help to install the MindManager 2016 installation specifically for Office 32-bit or 64-bit.

Because... If you have a 32 bit machine, the 64 bit mindmanager version will not work correctly.
And vice versa.

Its the 64 bit version of microsoft office. will try the 64 bit install

It just does the same as before, where it asks what language i want to install, then when i select english it starts the install with the mindmanager logo appearing on the screen.......then the logo disappears and nothing happens..............

OK, looks like there is an issue with something blocking the installation such as security settings on your system.

I think it would be best to contact Mindjet Support so they can help you log more information about your system...

Looking forward to having the solution posted here though :)
