I am using MM 19, Windows 10 and MS Office 365. I am not able to complete CVS export, the export progress box opens and freezes.

Are your sure you have all software (OS and Office 365 and MindManager) on the same 32 or 64 bit version?

Could you provide more information (installation features, bit version etc.) and specific steps when that issue is reproduced
Thanks

I am running on a MS Surface, 64 Bit OS. The MM is 32 bit and the Excel and PowerPoint are 32 bit. When I go to export the Map to a CVS i get the "Export Map As" dialog box. I pick CVS and do save. I get the "Export to Spreadsheet" dialog box", I have tried every export layout, the only More Options not clicked is the Include Topic Properties.  I click export and the CVS Export Progress dialog box comes up and there is never any progress.

Hi same situation on my PC:
Win10pro 1809!, O365, MM2019 latest version. Could this behaviour be a result of the f...ing Win10 update 1809? Unfortunately, I was one of the poor guys who installed this first-wave-bullshit? On a win10 tablet (1803) export runs as expected.

Thanks

Ok, I reloaded MindManger 2018 and I can export, I think they forgot one or two files in the 2019 install, if you had 2018 try reinstalling it and see what happens.

Hi John
I tried several things:
1. Reinstallation of O365 => no success
2. Uninstall old Mindjet versions (12, 2018) and
3. Cleaning registry with a tool (ccleaner) and
4. Reboot => success: export to pptx works
A mystery ...
Thank you for your hints.
btw, O365 installed 32, mm2019 installed 64 bit ...

Setfan,

Glad the suggestion lead to a positive result, it is a mystery. Hopefully someone at MindManger will take note and try to correct the install process.

Regards,

John
