Hi, I am making an organizational chart. I can only make differnte levels for the same type of positon when it ios te director, but not for the rest.
For example I have 2 Managers reporting to a Director, but one of them is in a higher level than the other one. How can I do it? If I drag the name, it becomes a floating topic. Is it clear?

If this is what you want you can only achieve this by introducing a (non-existing) extra level

If you need more flexbility in the layout of the orgchart, then a product like MS Visio or Even powerpoint is more suitable.
