License Key accepted then after reboot reports still in trial mode

I received an email with MM21 license keys. After entering the key the licensing process reported success. The trial mode warning disappeared and I was able to use MM21 normally.

This afternoon I needed to reboot the computer and then found that MM21 reverted to trial mode. Re-entered key and it reported that it had already been used (that is correct as I used it earlier on the same computer). I appear correctly logged into the account.

Hi Renald,

Are you sure you are signed into the same account you applied the license to? Do you have more than one email address you use?

Yes, it is the only one that I have. I just rest the password and successfully logged in but it is still in trial. Add in the key again and it reports that This license key has already been used the maximum number of times.

I also uninstalled and reinstalled MM21. Nothing has changed.

There were two keys included in the email sent to me. The first is for co-editing. The second is for MM21. They are separated by "/". You need to add both to get it fully registered. I also had to logout and then log back in before it connected successfully to the registration server. I also suspect my original login was for the old mindjet server and LastPass had automatically added it instead of my newer account. All is good now and thanks to Sia for his help from across the planet.
