Lost data w/ Mindjet Web

I've been a customer of Mindjet for many years, but today's experience has seriously impacted my confidence in this product. I spent over an hour working on a map using Mindjet Web yesterday -- and I saved it numerous times... This morning when I logged in the Mindjet Web system told me my Web version and something about a local copy might be out of sync. I selected what seemed to be the most sensible option out of two (neither made much sense to be honest) and now "everything" in my map is gone except for the blank central topic box! Doesn't Mindjet Web using versioning? So far it looks like everything is gone with no recovery option. Please help!!
