Lots of problems exporting from Mindjet Connect.

I'm having lots of problems with exporting from Mindjet online.

First, when I export to Word, I click on 'Advanced Options' and get three tabs: General, Word Template and Advanced.

When I click on either Word Template or Advanced the screen does not change and all I get are the General options.

Second, I understand that Mindjet allows me to export to PowerPoint (and I imagine other programmes) but the only option I get in 'Export To' is 'Microsoft Word'.

My third problem is that when I export to Microsoft word I get:
Doubling up of all notes
When notes have bold highlights, the only words that come across are the bold ones.

Just so we are clear, when I am in a map I select 'File' then 'Export

This is all rather frustrating. I have been using Mindjet for about 15 years but have only just started using it online about a week ago.

I have purchased a licence so this is not to do with the trial version.
