Making the Mindmanager as Outlook CRM

I think that would be a great idea. I'd like to hear more about how Mindmanager could handle more functions that typically require a CRM system like SalesForce.com, Sage Act etc. Being able to link Outlook functions with a sales strategy managed in Mindjet would be very useful.

At the moment you can sort of do this using Outlook Query to search for tasks and appointments if you consistently include the contact name in the task/appointment subject line. You can then use the name in the Subject contains field in the query.

However you can't do this easily for emails. This could be rectified so easily - the Outlook Query could be set up so that when you chose to search an email folder it displayed options to search on the basis of "From", "To" etc as well as "Subject contains". It's annoying that you can sort by From and To, but not actually search on this basis.
