Map parts folder for remote access

Curious if is possible to use a common folder for user-driven map parts instead of just having the maps parts in one location.  For example, I create a folder called My Map Parts on my server.  Then I can access from my desk top or lap top.  Is that possible?

Yes, you can. You can add a "Package folder" to MindManager which lives on another disk. Package folders are a set of subfolders containing map parts, icons, shapes and so on. They are configured via the Options dialogue -> Package Folders page. To see how the subfolders need to be named, look in

C:\Users\{your name}\AppData\Local\Mindjet\MindManager\16\Library\ENU

This is useful for an individual, teams, groups, departments and whole companies. A common set of package folders can be used to store e.g. company logos, resource names, tag sets. With a bit of thinking you can also use cloud services such Dropbox, iCloud, Google files and One Drive to host your Package Folder(s). This would allow you to share them with people outside of your intranet,

You can have many package folders e.g. company wide and personal.

Folder synchronisation tools are a great way to deploy package folders.

I had a chance to see this feature demonstrated in a webinar related to project management.  I like the ability to create web parts to support building maps quickly in large facilitated sessions.  Again, thanks for the help.

Dear Sirs,

I have 2 great doubts.

the first:

Generate 3 map projects.

Project1.mmap
Project2.mmap
Project3.mmap

And a central project.mmap.

In project design X has X users.

In the central project I want LINKo only the TOPICOS I want, example: (ACTION) of each x.mmap project above for the central project dynamically.

When I open the central project, I have TOPIC
PROJECTS 2017, when I open.

Action project 1 linked with topic (Action) project1.mmap
Action project 2 linked with topic (Action) project2.mmap
Action project 3 linked with topic (Action) proyecto3.mmap

But by clicking and tinkering on the toptic action of project 1 it does not sync.

And if I or HE edit, how do you sync?
I'd like to do that. but I can not.

I used MAPS PARTS (it looks like) I thought it worked, but it's static. When you change the originating part, the maps parts (add select topics) are not changed, they are static of the day that was added.

How to make dynamic (add selected topic) update every time the original topic is updated?
