Maps are broken when using Connect between a Mac and a PC

I have lost hours of work creating a map on my Macintosh and then trying to open it on my PC through Mindjet Connect. The map was missing 90% of its components. Is this a known bug? There is no way I can manage this kind of risk.

Is it supposed to work? Am I supposed to work Mac maps only on a Mac and vice versa?

Wondering if by missing 'components' you mean missing topics or missing topic elements (like color, lines etc)?

Yes Mathieu, this is what I meant. In this case, only two topics were left out of the entire map.
