When I sync a mmap created on a PC to my Ipad Mini via Dropbox, I can open it in the Mindjet App but all there is visible is the main topic box, nothing else - none of the sub topics or floating topics. Am I doing something wrong which makes all this hide?
Thanks

Thanks for this. Are you able to help me with my original problem, which is that maps created on a PC don't seem to be functional on an Ipad?
Many thanks

Hi Michael--
Is this true for any map you create on Mindjet Desktop? There may be some feature set employed on the map in question that is somehow causing issues on the iPad client, but in general, maps made in Mindjet Desktop or Web are viewable on mobile, with the caveat that certain features don't display or aren't editable to the same extent. If possible, it would be helpful to see a sample map to try and debug. Thanks.

Having tried it on another map the problem seems to be that floating topics don't get copied across at all to the Ipad, which is a big problem.

Hi Mike--you can send it to andrew.markham@mindjet.com. But if the issue is that the mobile client isn't rendering floating topics, I'm afraid to say that's a known limitation on both iOS and Android--we have plans to support that in the future, but no fixed date. It turns out to be a bit of a challenge to implement floating topics on mobile.
If, however, you're actually losing your floating topics when you close out of the iPad app and reopen on desktop, then we definitely need to see that, because that shouldn't happen.
