I have successfully created web pages using MM14.3 however have recently had issues causing program crashes.  I have eliminated all unused add-ins and resorted to a clean reboot closing all unnecesary programs and doule my RAM from 4gb to 8gb.  Reducing my map size (eliminating branches) will allow full functionally but reduces the usefulness of the output and I anticipate contiued growth.  There are two failure moes:

1. A full program crash

2. A memory crash which occurs with the following sequence of error messages:

This is why I upgraded my laptop's memory but to no avail.  There is a memory issue as I can get further in the process by having less programs open but overall memory does not appear to be the issue.

Is there an option to return to the state  you had your MindManager version and Map in, before this strange behaviour occured?

eg what has changed that may be the cause? I doubt you find it in MindManager since that version is stable.

Have you tried a repair of the mindmanager software already?

If I reduce the map size, it will function properly.  Only when the map got to it's current size did I begin seeing these errors.

I have requested a repair be performed but I must go through our IT department.

Could it be that there are several large images in the Topic Notes of several Topics in the map? Please be aware that even when resizing the images within the Topic Notes, MindManager will still save (and use) a copy of the full size images.

A quick solution would be to:
1) Resize any images in the Topic Notes using an external image editor (such as the free http://www.getpaint.net/index.html) and copy/paste them back to the Topic Notes.
2) Split up any large Topic Notes over several Topics, as this will decrease the load on the HTML Topic Notes processor

SOLVED.  Upgraded to 64bit version and the problem went away.  All is now good.  Thanks to all.

Great! Do you mean a 64-bit operating system or a 64-bit version of MindManager (which would mean a newer version of MindManager)?

I would recommend opening a ticket with our support team. As we will need to gather additional information regarding the issue to troubleshoot further.
