Merge two maps created using different templates

I need to make a map that is basically a "right map" (map A).  I have another map created using the "concept map" template (map B). What I want is to insert map B after a topic in map A so that they are in the same map. Is there any way to do that?

If that's impossible, how can I create the content in B directly in A? The reason I create B using the concept map template is that I need an arrow to indicate the relationship between a parent topic and a subtopic. In a concept map, I can modify the relationship between the two topics as I want, by formatting the line that connects them. That seems impossible in a map created using the "right map" template.

Here is B:

I tried to reproduce what you have and what you want.
Using the concept map I could copy and paste all topics etc from the B map to the RightMap A.
The relationships lines with arrows etc are copied, BUT the layout is gone.

You could use Relationship lines in the A-map.
There are several ways to do this:
Relationships are found under Home=> Objects or under Insert=> Objects
Click the little arrow to format

you could draw relationship lines between any topics in your map and right-click on it to format.
You may want to make the other lines invisible Design=> Lines=>Noline

You could also use floating topics
