Hi again,

working with Project, Tasks and Milestones

I created a plan, using a task, a milestone and next task.

I supposed that the milestone is sheduled on end of previous task and the next task ALSO is sheduled on end of previous task.
(I thoungh milestones do not consume time ...)
How to make a Milestone without duration???

thx.

Unfortunately MindManager makes the milestone occupy a full day, even though it has zero duration. You may have to move the dependency back to the previous task and not the milestone to make this work.

The way MM works with milestones confused me a lot in the past.

Another way to "solve" the problem is to use the Finish-Finish dependency between the last task and the milestone.
