Mindjet could not connect to the proxy

Right now i am preparing mindjet 2018 to be published to many computers in our network with a software distribution. Between the internal network and the internet lies a proxy.
I configured mindjet to use the "Default Windows Settings", i have set "ProxyAuthenticationRequired" to yes and inserted the credentials on a test-machine to access the proxy.

Question 1: When i click on test it says that "Mindjet couldnt connect to the proxy".In the end the user has to insert his credentials and this message will confuse him. Is there a special port or something else to make this  feature work? The rest of Mindjet can access the proxy just fine, for example "Publish".

This will only work if you have MIndManager Enterprise.

We do have MindManager Enterprise! But it still won't work.

I assume you read the Large Scale Deployment Guide that you can get via https://www.mindjet.com/support-info/
