Hi Farzad,

Please open a Support Ticket and attach a copy of your Map. Our Technicians will attempt to repair the Map and send it back to you. Please also provide any information available on what changes were last made to the Map before you received an error.

Hi Mathieu,

I am not sure what caused the file corruption for Farzad. The file was not in a good state and had a 'Invalid Directory' error. To repair it, I changed the file extension to '.zip' and then ran the file through DiskInternals Zip Repair. Once the file was repaired, I changed the file extension back to '.mmap' and it opened fine.
