Mindjet for iPad running IOS 8 not saving to Dropbox

Hi 
I have read all the back posts spreading over the last 2 to 3 years on this subject. It has not gone away. I am running IOS 8 with the latest version of the Mindjet app. It is as though there is some lag or inertia in the save process. Why not just but a save button, so that the save process can be forced.

As it is it is dangerously unreliable.

I agree. iOS Mindjet has advanced VERY little in over a year. Use less and less.

I totally agree. Mindjet in IOS is kind of shit.... I always face with problem to save my documents and this has caused me great damage!! Hope the mindjet team can work to solve this soon!!!

I aggree, too. I work with mindjet since it has lauched for the Ipad and all the time there were problems with saving the files and crashes and i lost often data.
Now it has worked zhe last months under Ios 7 relatively good. But since 3 days on IOS 8 saving doesnt work and very often i can not save by sening the map as a file to me.
So by this time I can not use the mail longer and I look for an akternative.

does anybody here can recommend an alternative to me ?

As per the other posters, I am very unhappy with the current version of Mindjet for iOS 8 given I'd gotten used to increased stablity under iOS7.

Repeatedly I had typed up notes then for no apparent reason the app decides to delete most of them.  The first time I rekeyed everything but then it happened again - this was with a file saved in Mindjet files.

Today I thought I'd try to use it for notes at a conference (which usually works well) and I saved locally to the iPad thinking the save issue was with Mindjet Files.  Same thing - I lost hours of notes... NOT a happy bunny.

This application is fundamentally broken right now and data loss is unacceptable.

Please fix urgently!

Thank you for you feedback on the Mindjet for iPad update for iOS 8.  We are currently investigating the saving issues to Dropbox. 

To help with the investigation, it will be most appreciated if you can provide the following details: 

1. iPad version
2. Was the Map created prior to updating Mindjet for iPad and/or updating to iOS 8? 
3. Size of the Map? 
4.  Does uninstalling and reinstalling the App resolve the issue? 
5. If the issue is Map specific, please open a Support Ticket, attach a copy of the Map and put 'Attention Marian' in the Subject Line.

Hi,
here is my answer to your request:

1. ipad version: Modell MD371FD/A,   IOS: 8.0 (12A365)
2. No, the maps I had the problem were made new after the update to IOS8
3. small maps - the problem with the saving came after making apron. 4 or 5 branches.
4. Un- and reinstalling didn't solve the Problem.
5. NO - it isn't map specific.
