Mindjet online - upload button doesn't work

Trying to upload a map from my desktop to Mindjet online.  The upload button doesn't work.

I can click all the other menu buttons and there is a resultant action but clicking anywhere on Upload does nothing.  I've logged out and logged back in again to no avail.

Did you try to clear your browser cache? This usually helps in fixing this kind behaviour in Mindjet online?

It seems that after Mathieu replied last time I was able to get it working.  However now I'm back to square 1.  Can successfully click every button except "Upload file".  Nothing happens.

I've cleared my cache.  Deleted browser history etc to no avail.

Any suggestions folks?

Could it be that your account is Read Only? You can check your account status by clicking on your profile picture in the top right and then selecting Account Management (see screenshot below)

Nope.  I have a full version.  All the other buttons work.
