Mindjet 11 User based license question

I just recently installed Mindjet 11 on a users PC in my organisation. We recently updated all our V8 licenses to V11 so i was following our documentation process for 8 and came to the part where it asked for the license key. Entered the key everything seemed fine, so I logged off his PC and had him test his new software we purchased for him. It popped up with the "Enter License Key" again when he was logged in so I remote controlled his PC from our head office and entered the key for him. My question is does that count as 2 key uses, one for his profile and one for mine? And if so how can we go about getting the key under my name back since I will never be using the product as IT support.

Hi Ryan,

I would reallocate the license that wasn't configured back to your pool to be reused on another system. If you continue to have problems in getting the installation to retain the license key, I would recommend contacting out Technical Support team using the following link: https://secure.mindjet.com/app/suppor...

I want to ask about upgrade. We have version 14 and purchased 15 upgrade. Could we use both versions? Or only 15?
