Canceling your subscription at MindJet seems to be a hard task. No cancel button in your account management. If you open a chat-button, they direct you to contact page with an email address which promises to "We will respond within two business days." Still waiting for a response. The mail continues with "To update your Case reply to this e-mail." Guess what the email adress is? Yes: no_reply@mindjet.com. Hilarious! Oh wait, there is a phone number: Phone: +44 (0) 845 355 5501 (1-12ppm from UK fixed network), nobody is answering. Is this how Mindjet does business? "Now we have your credit card, we take all your money". Mindjets new business model is a real disgrace and not respectful to their customers. I worked with Mindjet since 2001 but now I'm considering the competition. is it that hard to implement a Cancel subscription button? 1000 other companies have it, but I guess it's generating more revenue to make it hard for your customers to cancel their accounts. It's a well known method and I call it theft.
