Mindjet connect & corporate network

It seems impossible to get Mindjet Connect working within our corporate. Soon as I connect it to a DSL connection, it's working fine, so the system is working fine.

I already requested support for this, but so far we were not successful. Can you provide IP addresses, host names and/or port number, which Connect is using so I can have it check with our IT security and network team?
