I opened a ticket with Mindjet Support, and this was the reply:
"Thank you for contacting Mindjet Support. Checking with our Quality Assurance team they informed me that certain images will not carry over into Connect from the desktop. If you could please send in your map and we can test this further."
Obviously this is a known issue, so I was surprised not to find any mention of it in this forum. Has anyone else come across this problem?
