Mindjet Connect Version Control Not Working

When I tried creating Versions of a MindMap in Mindjet Connect, I cannot view them. When I select a previous version to view, it shows up as 'read only' but does not show the original saved version, only the active mmap. Does Version Control work at all? I tried all the steps in the Help file. I NEED this functionality!

Can you give me a little more information regarding the steps that you are taking? Are you using Connect Basic or Connect Business? Any additional information would be helpful. If you think that screen shots would be beneficial, send those over as well. Thank you!
