I have only used Mindjet for Android, never on the computer. Since its last update, I am no longer able to login to view and/or edit mindmaps I have created. I do not want to sign up again, because my map will be lost. Now what??
Hi Jennie. Have you already created a Mindjet Connect account? If you have not, I would recommend setting up an account when you are prompted to do so upon opening the application. If the problem persists, please let me know. Thank you!
That only created a new account. That did not bring back my previously saved mindmap. I figured out a solution on my own through trial and error. I force closed the app and moved it from the memory card back to the phone memory. This seems to have worked for now. I appreciate your help.
