MindJet File edits on Mac don't appear in Vision

When accessing my MindJet files via MindJet 10 for Mac I noticed that the edits I make (using check-out/in) are not reflected in Vison, but if I open the file on the Mac end the edits are there. I confirmed the file is in the cloud and not locally.

1) Check the file out on my mac.
2) Edit the map
3) Check the file in on my mac.

Any chance I am missing a step? Thanks!

I did - thanks. We are seeing lots of other strange issues on the Mac side - files and folders in Vision not appearing, all files listed as "unavailable," etc. Replicated the issue on multiple computers/networks. Perhaps something is wrong with our account?

I filed a support ticket nearly a month ago and got a half-hearted "we have never seen this before" response. My recent emails to get an update have been ignored. Having spent four figures on upgrading my organization's MindJet license due to the new modle I expected more in the way of support. If I cannot access my maps and support ignores my emails, what am I paying for? I understand software has bugs, but blowing off customers is bad business.
