Mindjet Files (Cloud Sync) is awful and unreliable

Mindjet team, your cloud sync is awful and unreliable, please fix it or remove the service completely. The "check in/out" is also not required for individual accounts. Perhaps get rid of your cloud which does not offer any kind of revision control and use Drobox, iCloud, or Google Drive. I've lost more data with Mindjet in a month than I have with any other cloud service over many years. Again, without a proper revision control why do you even bother hosting files in the cloud? Please fix your system, and I wouldn't mind a refund, as your subscription model sold me on cloud, which is clearly smoke and mirrors.

Mindjet cloud sync works about 80% of the time. To anyone thinking of using this system don't... it suffers major outages all of the time and I mean all of the time. The idea is fantastic in theory but it doesn't actually work. I am now having to retract all of my mind maps from this terrible service, then update the links in all of my maps which is likely to take days if I can ever find the time. I will then be leaving this nightmare behind me using an alternative product. No-one can say I never tried to get this to work with the help desk but there is something fundamentally wrong with the architecture on the backend of the product for it to be suffering such terrible reliability problems.

Mindjet should not be selling this product. I am a single user and it's too unreliable for me to use let alone how a business could ever use it. If my company wasn't paying for this product I would expect to be compensated not charged for using/alpha-testing a service that is not ready for the mass market. It's been unreliable/down/offline intermittently since I can remember. Even if it was free it'd still be terrible value.

I suggest mindjet develop a tool that allows users to retrieve their files from the mindjet cloud service and update the links to be used on a local file system or dropbox. The fact that I will have to steel myself to perform this task manually on countless maps is infuriating in the extreme.
