mindjet files in the cloud disappeared once I purchased a subscription

When I attempt to open a file from my mindjet files in the cloud on my computer, the list is empty now. What are some common steps to reconnect it to the cloud with all of my files? Has that cloud blown away, or is there a way to reconnect to that one with all my old files on it? I don't know why it would have changed, or where the files went, but any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated!

Please first check if all of your files are available through our Web Client, which you can access by going to https://vision.mindjet.com. Once you verify the content is there, please use the same credentials to sign in to the Desktop application.
