Mindjet for Android crashes on opening file

When I touch to open a file in Mindjet for Android, there is a delay then I get the message "Unfortunately Mindjet has stopped working." Can you adivse, plase?

Are you using the most recent version of the application? What Android device are you using and with what operating system? Any additional information that you could provide would be helpful. Thank you!

Thanks Brittney. I uninstalled and reinstalled so I imagine it would be the latest version of Mindjet for Android. I'm using the Samsung Galaxy S3 (model number SCH-I535), Android version 4.0.4.

Hi there, i've just lost 10 days of work without any clue of what happened, i'm using Mindjet for Android on a Tab and a phone. Everything was perfect until today when my map was rollbacked without any manipulation or problem to almost the first version of it. Can i get back my work or is it totally destroyed?

Please Help.

Hi Camille--

I have some questions about your map--

• Was it stored locally originally, then moved to Connect or Dropbox?
• Did the map rollback to the exact same state regardless of whether opened on Tablet or Phone?

1) Originally it was stored on My Asus Transformer pad. Then i've installed Mindjet for android on my phone, and tried to synchronize between the two objetc with Connect.

2) The map rollback to the exact same state on both devices, the same day (yesterday morning GMT+1 Time).

I'm writing a full reply to the kind technician who has contacted me. Thanks for your support and interest.

Hi there--
I originally posted this problem on July 30. I had a response from Brittney Mazzetta, who escalated to the product team 3 weeks ago. I asked 3 days ago if there was any new information and still haven't received any response... I'd be very grateful to at least hear something like "we're still investigating" if that's the case.

Hi Karen. We are still investigating this on our end, but it would be helpful if you could install SendLog, reproduce the crash and send over the crash log.
