I am using MindManager 2012 Pro on my Windows pc. I have Mindjet for Android on my Samsung Galaxy Note.

I have some files with notes, tags and links which Mindjet for Android just unable to open. I am using it via Dropbbox but the same happens when I transfer the files any other way. I tried the Android app also on a Galaxy Tab 10.1 with Honeycomb but the same happens.

What kind of links are you trying to open? Any additional information would be helpful in order for me to best assist you. Thank you and I look forward to your response.

The main problem that Mindjet for Android is not able to open the file at all. It is in Mindjet 2012 format and if it contains notes, links and some advanced formatting, the app is simply freezes and does not open the file.

Is this problem occurring with all of your maps or maps that are over a certain size? Is this just happening to maps that contain notes or links or is it every map you try to transfer from MindManager 2012 to your Android device? I am trying to better understand what is causing the issue. Thank you so much for your responsiveness.

To me this happens as well - some maps can be transferred and opened, others cannot. I dont know exactly at what size it starts but I can say that it is not only the file size, since I opened some files, that were larger than others, which did not work. Something else (like amount of topics, notes, links etc.) must also play a role.

I transfer smaller parts of the maps now, which is working just fine. Sure, due to compatiblity issues you lose a lot of information (callouts, topic styles, custom icons, images, note formatting) but the core of the information gets there.

Thank you for considering this when improving your product

I created a fairly simple mindmap in mindjet. It opens as soon as I reboot the Galaxy Note 10.1. However, after working with some applications it won't open again...it shows a message " please wait" but never opens.
Some examples, included in the Mindjet application, open just fine and are a lot more complex.
Any help would be great, as I used Freemind for PC all the time, and would love to do the same in the Tablet.

Does this map include any notes, images, links, etc? Any additional information would be very helpful. Is this map saved locally or is it saved to the cloud? Thank you Alonso!
