Message from Mindjet Product Management
UI problems Post-iPhone 4S Mindjet Maps for iPhone upgrade to v.3.5.7 on February 4, 2014.
After upgrading an iPhone 4S' instance of the Mindjet Maps for iPhone to v.3.5.7 on February 4, 2014, the app's stellar ui has degraded. I am not able to see the top-of-screen toolbar in the topic editing window, or the lower toolbar either. This means I cannot create a new peer or child topic nor 'save,' or 'exit' the topic to see it inserted in the map. What should I do?
Mindjet mindmaps ipad problems.
I have been a long time iPad2 user of Mindjet Mindmaps and recently upgraded to a new mini but am having a number of problems with it on the mini. Firstly, the toolbar is largely grayed out showing only the resynch icon. By touching in the right place I can bring up the files dialog but it's a bit of guess work. This also means I am unable to email out a map that I have created in local files.
Secondly, the app crashes pretty frequently.
I've just decided to delete and re-install but now cannot even find the app in the appstore.
Does anyone know what's going on?
iPad Mindjet App no longer working? Anyone have a way to remedy?.
App no longer working. Freezing / locking up.
After upgrading to 3.1.3 on my iphone 4 the app mindjet crash every time a try to launch.
Will this EVER be fixed?.
As a many-year user of your products who has faithfully and unquestionably paid every time you update your software (even at times when there has been little to justify the expensive upgrades) I am at a decision point.
I need to know if of Mindjet has abandoned users like me ... and whether I need to look elsewhere for productivity software.
Two main cases in point:
1.) Not long ago, I was deciding whether to switch from PC to Mac. One of my biggest deciding factors was the compatibility and feature set of MindManager/Mindjet on the Mac platform -- since I use your software for several hours every day. At the time, your website had a feature comparison chart that showed nearly identical features between the two versions -- so I made the leap to Mac. Only after I bought a new computer and obtained your Mac software did I discover that it was an anemic, buggy version missing nearly ALL the functionality I was used to on the PC.
Thinking that perhaps I had downloaded the wrong version, I posted a question in your support forum about it (feel free to check your records). The official response simply said that the chart was wrong, and the previous comparison table on your site was quickly replaced with a new one showing the Mac software having very few of the features of the PC version.
Even though misinformation on your website led to me make an expensive decision to switch computing platforms, I kept hoping that you were truly committed to the Mac platform -- and that eventually you would work toward feature parity. I adapted backwards and pressed on, adjusting my work patterns.
2.) One way I tried to adjust -- while waiting for a dramatically improved Mac version (that has still not come in the year since I switched) -- was by increasing my use of your iOS Mindjet app, which, though lean on features, was fast, simple, and with me anywhere I took my iPhone and iPad.
Then I recently upgraded to an iPhone 5s and an iPad Mini with Retina Display and found a completely dead, unusable app experience -- which you have acknowledged as a known issue on your support forums. I've been waiting for a fix ... and WAITING.
Guys, the iPhone 5s with the A7 processor has now been on the market for more than 2 months ... and since September, you haven't provided an updated version of the app -- to fix this KNOWN issue??
Here's my question: as Mindjet is busy gobbling up companies and productivity tools and constantly rearranging its subscription pricing and web functionality -- have you abandoned your core product and customers: those who want to use mind maps to be more productive?
We need to know immediately whether you will fix the iOS app in very short order, and whether you are truly committed to the Mac platform?
If the answer is no to either of these questions, I know that I've reached the end of the road, and will cease using Mindjet products ... and will stop recommending them to the dozens of others who have purchased your software based on my advice.
Please respond as soon as possible.
Lockup on New A7 Devices (iPhone 5s, iPad Mini Retina, iPad Air).
Recently upgraded to iPhone 5s with ios7.0.3 and the map that I use on Dropbox simply locks up when attempting to add a new task.
Access MindJet Files on iPad.
Is it possible to copy MindJet files that are stored local on the iPad to the desktop or send them using some sort of file explorer.
I am at the moment not able to alter, copy, send any files from within the iPad version of Mindjet.
I can't access my Mindjet app.
I've been using my Mindjet app in my iPad for months, and was very happy with it. In January I started having problems logging in. And then the app crashed down. Since them, I haven't been able to get it working again. I already deinstalled it and installed it again. It seems to work, but as soon as it asks me to log in, it crashes down again. Does anyone know how can I solve this? Thanks!

I was having problems with MindJet on my iPad so deleted it with the hope that a fresh install might fix, only to discover it is no longer downloadable. This is a HUGE problem. How do we get a new copy?

On February 4th I submit a question like many of the users in this thread. I want to mention my enthusiastic support for the Mindjet Product Management and Engineering teams as they work to create new iOS 7-compliant apps for iPhone and iPad.
Mindjet Professional and the rest of the Mindjet Files cloud solution is AWESOME, without commercial equal and deserves our support when the new versions are released. I am interested in being a Beta tester and hope others on this thread would welcome the chance to use the next version, as early as possible.
If there is a different communication venue to continue conversation about how to help expedite customer review and feedback on the new application, please suggest who, and how, to contact/work with the right people.

Cannot move or copy Mindjet files from my ipad onto Dropbox or my internet account..
When I try to copy/move a file from my local iPad to my online account, Mindjet says, "Cannot move file. Unkown error".
Is this because I created the files on my local machine first?
I have alot of information I need saved and I don't want to see it in the email for. I'd like to view them via the online server.
My username/passwords are up to date.
Can someone assist?
