Mindjet iOS - Images Lost!

The new MindJet for iOS has lost many of my images. Now it just displays big Xs where the images once were.

Is this on the MindJet bug list? When can we expect a fix?

Can you give us more detail?  Did you open or create this map on MindManager or ProjectDirector before opening it on iOS?  What version of iOS are you using?  What series of steps do you have to go through to reproduce this problem?  Do you have a screenshot of the issue?

Only opening/editing on iPad. Cannot regularly reproduce because images get lost randomly. Several of my Mindmaps have encountered this same problem. Screenshot attached.

I am having the same problem. I attach images to a note, exit the program, and when I return there is the same box with the red X l

The same problem, the program saves too slowly even I use local files. Images get lost randomly when I use about 1Gb

OK, Mindjet, clearly several of us have exactly the same problem. What are the plans to fix this? It renders Mindjet iOS a crapshoot--you never know when and where it will lose your images...but it always will eventually.

Without more specifics about the exact scenarios and steps taken to reproduce this problem, we are not able to know what the problem is.  If any of you can give us specific steps that reproduce the problem consistently, then it will help us to fix the problem.

Alex, have you looked at any of the documents and analyzed what is going on with the data structures? If you have a before and after lost image mindijet docs, will that give you the info you need?

No, we don't have any copies of documents with this specific problem because we are not able to reproduce this problem ourselves at the moment.  If you have a copy of the documents before and after the error, that would be very helpful for our investigation, yes.  If the document has sensitive information, you can contact customer service and send them a copy of the 'before' and 'after' documents.  They will put it into the hands of our quality assurance engineers.
