Mindjet (iphone) cannot open any maps

Hallo,

I open mindjet on iphone and try to open my maps - Mindjet Files - Account - (should be maps.. visible but are not, connecting, connecting and iphone lock the screen and nothing).

I did upload my 4 -5 maps from Mindjet Manager Pro to Mindjet for Business online - was trying to get to them through iphone app. Zero luck!

4-5 maps.
Did try 50+ times over last 2 days.
No luck..

Hi Martin. Thank you for your inquiry. When you are trying to access your maps on the iPhone application, are you logged into Mindjet web and trying to get them from there? Please let me know. If you have any additional information, that would be helpful as well.

No. I am only logged to iphone app. I am not logged to any other mindjet service.

Try this. Go to the main Files page in the application. You should see an option for Cloud Storage and well as Local Files. Under Cloud Storage, select Add Storage Device. Choose Mindjet Files and Log In with your user name and password that you use to access Mindjet web. When you log in, you should see your maps. I hope this helps!
