Mindjet is taking a very, very long time to load the login page. What is going on?

The entire system has been down for hours this morning. I am finally able to connect via the Windows client, but not using the web-baed version.

I am, as well, Jarlath. But most of my existing online maps appear to be gone. Folders are empty.

I really wish Mindjet would do a better job of letting their customers know when they are having system-wide problems. That is good public relations and good customer relations.

As a new MJ customer, this is the second time in just two weeks that I have been unable to either access my maps online or, as the case recently, the maps were all "read only".

Everyone makes mistakes. I wish MJ would be more forthcoming about theirs.

I completely agree Mark. Our entire team is on MindJet for project management and these types of system outages completely shut us down. It is particularly embarrassing when you cannot access crucial information for a meeting. In addition we have lost dozens of hours of work over the last two weeks due to maps not saving properly on the web client. The reliability of the entire system needs to be dramatically improved if we are to continue using the product (customers for 4+ years).

We have noticed a marked improvement in MindJet stability and performance since this issue was resolved. Anyone else experiencing the same good news?

No change over here. I'm accessing mindmaps using a Chromebook Pixel and have noticed the last few weeks have been really slow logging into Mindjet manager and opening files. Tried again today and its the same story

Some of my files won't even open! Hope this gets sorted soon...

*Edit* I tried logging in using my google + account instead of mindjet and everything seems to work much better now....
