Mindjet Maintenance and Support - how do I (again)

I've just received an email saying my Maintenance and Support is due for renewal. Why is it that this year, same with last year and the year before, I can't find the link to renew? Last year I had to exchange emails before someone finally sent me the link. Surely it should be on my account page!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (id 106)

Hi Hugo. If you log in to your Mindjet ID: https://secure.mindjet.com/accounts/l... you will be able to update your information. It appears as though your account is set up to automatically renew on June 24, 2012. If you follow the link that I provided, you can ensure that your credit card information is up to date. Still can't see the subscription - do I need to come back through support every time? It takes about 3 exchanges

I have the same issue. The renewal process makes me nuts - I get an e-mail and follow the link and can't renew. It's a good thing this is such a great product, otherwise I'd be looking elsewhere because this should have been addressed by now.

Can someone please get in touch with me as well to renew - and make sure the right person gets a heads up that this is really frustrating?

If you buy through a reseller, all of them are happy to send you a reminder about 6 weeks before it expires and they deliver the renewal within 2 day's after yhou paid the bill. You may even get an invoice.

We have no frustrated customers on this subject ;-)

Unfortunately NO. Mindjet wishes to keep their webshop clients for themselves. I've tried to have them switched to us several times, but, maybe because buying through mindjet webshop is an USA thing, it is allowed only if you buy a new license or do an upgrade from an older version not under MSA maintenance.
