Mindjet Mindmanager 2012 can't browse files that are in Mindjet Connect

I have a user who has Mindjet Mindmanager 2012. When she opens the Mindjet Connect window, it shows that she is logged in and connected (in the bottom left corner), but the folders window perpetually says, "Loading" and the files never show up. When we go in through a web browser, we can log in and upload & access files. We can't get to the files directly from the windows application.

Did you try installing the latest Service Pack for MindManager 2012? These Service Packs fix a lot of Mindjet Connect issues.

Also try

File > Options > Online Access > Delete Offline Storage

This sometimes helps if the cache has lost synchronisation.
