Mindjet Not Syncing When working from several locations

I have a new Mindjet subscription. I like it very much but have a question about opening a Mindjet map (stored on Mindjet's site in my account) on several computers at the same time. E.g, I work on a file on one computer and, when leaving, forget to close the file. I then open the file (using my same login) on another computer. I CAN open it and edit it, but the files open in the two locations are now different. Also, if I try to open the file from my iPhone (when it is checked out in another location), the file is shown as locked. I can open it and change it, but then I'm prompted to save it as a separate file. Is this the way things are supposed to work? Is it necessary that I ALWAYS close the file in the location at which I'm working before I can use it at another location? I'll be happy to share my workflow if that will help.

Hi Joe. Thank you for your post. We allow 10 simultaneous log-ins from various computers. If you save the map on one computer and then reopen the map on another, you will see the changes reflected. It sounds like the issue that you are experiencing is with the mobile portion. Mobile devices will check a map out and then lock it for you to make edits on. Please ensure that you check the map back in when you have completed making the edits and you will be able to save it back to the same location. I hope that this helps. Please let me know if you need additional clarification or have any further questions. Thank you!
