Mindjet on iphone 5 always failed to load the directory. It shows "Connecting...". I have to delete the app and reinstall it again in order to retrieve the files on the server.

When you deleted and re-installed the map, did this solve the problem or are you still experiencing the same issue? Thanks!

It works after re-installation. But soon it will stop working again.

I have experienced this also. Had to re-install it twice. It seems to work now.

Hi--I'm curious to know if this issue was experienced chiefly on 3/4g or wi-fi?

Great (or, not great, but thanks for the info!)--that helps. We will have to look into whether there might be a new issue with accessing Mindjet cloud storage outside of wi-fi connections. We do test on stock data plan connections as well, but it's possible something has degraded.

This problem also occurs on WIFI.
Yesterday I had to remove and re-install the tasks app again, because it did not load it.
I did not use the app for more than one week, can that be the problem?

Hi Esther, I apologize, I was making the assumption that this was an issue with the Mindjet Maps app, not the Tasks app--perhaps it's both? In either case, what you're experiencing shouldn't be happening. At a minimum, you shouldn't have to keep re-installing the app, logging out or force quitting should suffice. Thanks for the feedback, and apologies for the subpar experience--I'll bring it up again with the team.
