Hi I am using MIndjet 2012 but am unable to export to mindjet player. The export says it successful but you cannot open the map at all - the screen is blank. This worked fine in previous versions. I use this function to get feedback from non mindmanager users on maps of classification taxonomy structures

Are you using the latest version of Adobe? If not, I would recommend updating your Adope Flash Player and see if that helps. If not, please let me know and I would be happy to assist further. Thank you.

I have the same Problem,
OS: windows XP
Mindmapversion: 10.0.493 v. 10.11.2011
(german Version)
Export says "successful" but the pdf shows only a grey (blank) page.
The Problem occurs since I got Version 2012, with previous version it worked fine.

The Adob(p)e Flash Player shows version 11.0.1.152

Same problem with the active PDF on one instance of 2012 - it's in a large corporate structure and we have Adobe PDF Reader 9 installed as standard.

On my own (separate) copy with Adobe PDF Reader 10 there is no issue.

hello Stephen,

yes the problem is the Adobe Reader Version, the dynamic pdf's created with Version 2012 can not be opend by a Adobe Reader Version < 10 (or "X"). So we do as a workaround (as we have also large corporate structure and we have Adobe PDF Reader 9 installed as standard. ) we create ".swf"-Files and create a html-File with a link to the ".swf" then every browser can open it. Not fine but it works (as long until everybody gets Reader version X)
