Mindjet Viewer in Acrobat - almost there but need help!

Dell laptop, MM12 Pro, Windows 7 Enterprise, Acrobat Reader 11.0.2; Flash 11.7.700.169

When I export to Mindjet Viewer and open the PDF, a yellow bar at the top says "To view the Flash technology content in this PDF file, please install the required version of Flash Player." The main screen says "Click to restart Mindjet Player."

I have the latest Reader and Flash versions installed (as prescribed by my corporate policy). Any ideas why this doesn't work?

Thanks Marian - we are restricted in what versions of Flash we have so I was hoping to find out tips as to what would work and what not
