MindManager 12 on Mac application I"m experiencing frequent crashes

I have reached out to Support and posted this issue previously but still don't know what to do. Someone said trash preferences - I did that and then reinstalled. If anyone has specific instructions let me know. Also, if anyone else is experiencing that the application crashes please reply.

If there was a standard solution available, you would have received it.
Since you are one of few users with this kind of problem, I think it is the most professional way to follow the instructions Support gave to you.
So please be patient --- a bit ;-)

1.) Mac OS version Number

2.) Mac System Information

3.) MindManager version

4.) Map or maps its crashing on or steps to crash it

Is there something you do to recreate it?

5.) Mac Crash Logs showing the crash
