Mindmanager 2012 cannot connect to Mindjet Connect

MindManager 2012 cannot connect to Mindjet Connect. I can connect with a browser to vision.mindject.com and from my iPad with the ios MindManager app. This was working a couple of weeks ago. But following the upgrade to the Mindjet Connect service last week I am unable to connect.

I was able to recreate this issue with 2012 but, at this point, we are not exactly sure what the cause is. We will investigate this for a solution. I had same issue and debugged the network calls. Found out that the call to https:connect.mindjet.com/api/authenticate was timing out. Further debugging showed that the following header was culprit and its absence fixed the issue.
User-Agent: Mindjet MindManager 2012 (10.2.404)
Hope this helps resolve the issue at earliest. I am stuck as I am not able to use a map created using the vision web site.

Any update on this? I am sure it is only the specific header value that is causing the issue for logging in.
