MindManager 2020 Windows 10 Pro -IFilter not working (content not indexed)

I just installed a demo copy of MindManager 2020 and Ifilter does not seem to be working or it is not indexing the content of the file. Is it supposed to index it or it indexes just the metadata for the file?

There is a built in search function that lets you find what you need

I am testing the capability to search a keyword across multiple types of files  (project documentation in Visio, PDF and mmaps) so the built in function of mmap does not help much
Yes it is IFilter, what else ?

And here is an animated gif showing it in  action. For the ake of the video I saved the file again but even when saved in advance and allowing the Indexing to do its job, searching the content is still not working

Thanks for the visual.
As far as I understand this is a limitation of iFilter not being able to search mmap files.
Is there another forum for iFilter users? Maybe they can help?

iFilter on your SharePoint?
Therefore you'll need a special app. Part of MindManager Enterprise

You just contradicted yourself :)), thank you that is what I needed
Yes if you have an IFiter that is able to search ZIP files that will do
I had it working at work where I worked before, for years... I just could not remember how I did it
All I remember is that it was a long process ...trial and error

I just renamed a mmap to zip and I was able to find the XML inside just fine (browsing the archive) Now I need to remember how I tricked Widows to believe that is an Archive

For whoelse is looking for this IFilterShop has both a MindManager and archive Ifilters available for free for non commercial use

They can't be searched
The above info seem to be incorrect
I have tested two IFilters, the one from the IFilter Shop (which seems to be fine to extract info from older files, created before the 2019 version came out and then I also tried the Ifilter created by MindManager 2020

the utilities used to test this can be found in the Windows 10 SDK (available for free) search for these:
filtdump (use the -b switch)
filtreg (will tell you what Ifilter to use)
filetypeverifier (will tell you what capabilities IFilter has) -Read Text is one you are looking for)

Using the filtdump utility with the -b switch on an older file with The IFilter form IfilterShop worked fined and I was able to extract text via CLI  so the statement that these files can't be searched in not true.
I do not understand why the native IFilter does not allow this
