Will there also be an update for Version 10? I used it often and didn't want to upgrade...

Let me troll here (just a bit ;-)

You don't want to upgrade the software you use, but you upgraded the OS software where the software you use, should run on?

Careful... Please remember that Mac OS updates are free. I am happy to pay for upgrades when improvements are added. But Mojave appears to have made version 10 worthless in that I cannot even open files I worked on last week. Now an update fee of $89 is required just to get back to baseline functionality.
If I was still back on some older version (and I have had all of them over 10 years) I would understand. But obsolete in a single version?

Yes, this can be annoying - a bit -.

Several years ago I was completely happy with my WIndows ME operating System.

MindManager X5 however, required Windows XP. So I even had to buy a complete new laptop with Windows XP to get all the productivity benefits of that latest version.

I checked how much I could profit form that X5 version, made an ROI calculation and after that it was easy.
I did upgrade to Windows XP and MindManager X5 at that time.

No, you still don't seem to understand as your example is the reverse. You wanted the new X5 version and needed to upgrade the hardware and OS to get it. Cool! What we might call a "killer app" and the hardware folks loved this. But it was your choice!

That was not my situation. Here, the version I was perfectly happy with was suddenly obsolete with an OS upgrade. Now I was trapped, with no ability to get to my previous files unless I pay for an upgrade. And, no warning! I literally got emails a few weeks ago saying "50% off the new version if you upgrade."
What they should have said was "we are sorry, your current version will not work with the new mac OS. Be warned that you will need to upgrade of you keep up with the current OS." That would have set expectations correctly....
Maybe next time you should try something like that...

Grabbing the .DMG file from here worked for me - https://www.mindjet.com/support-info/download-library/#mm-mac-11
