MindManager hangs on startup

MindManager 2019 is hanging on startup.

The previous version was working well; but, I have just rebuild my computer and reinstalled the software.

When opening the software, opening an existing map, or creating a new map via tasks (task bar right click). The software opens on the Review screen; but, is otherwise unresponsive to clicks including the close button.

Windows does not report the application hanging.

Well you, you may have to rebuild your computer again and don't leave anything out that Mindmanger needs.
You could also try to do a reinstall of mindmanager. Be sure you have your licensekey. Good luck to you, you.

"don't leave anything out that Mindmanger needs" is a little esoteric for me. Do you have anything more specific.

I have the same problem, and reinstalling does not work.
It is erratic: sometimes there is a freeze, something just a time lag of 10 minutes and sometimes no problem at all.
What is the solution?

This can be anything on your system, if it is erratic.
I have sevral MindManager versions installed for training purposes and never had an issue like this.
I run on Windows 10 and all my software is 64 bit.

Best way is to contact customer.support@mindjet.com for help.

I never successfully resolved the issue.

The issue went away with a new version.

With the 2020 version, the problem has gone away.
