MindManager 9.6 for Mag: corrupting maps, again...

I recently installed latest MindManager for Mac, version 9.6.510. I'm running Lion 10.7.4.

The update corrupted one of my very big and very important map. When I open it, it's smaller than the original (lost content), nearly all black and white.

After having had the same nightmare when upgrading my Mac to Lion with MindManager 9 that corrupted a lot of my maps, again it's happening with this latest version!

I think it's incredible, considering the price of the application. Also I need to say that MindManager is the first app on my Mac (10 years working everyday on a mac) that corrupts my data: rond of applause, please...

I'm really considering switching to NovaMind to avoid bugs.

Anyone has had the same problem?

Hi Gabriel. In order to best assist you, I would recommend opening a ticket with our support team. They will need to gather additional information regarding the problem you are currently experiencing as well as obtain your appropriate contact information. Thank you for your reply. I contacted the support at the same time that I posted my message here.

Support has sent me a cleaned version of my corrupted map, so that's a good point. Now I have to reinstall MM9 to try to avoid those strange bugs.

Will let you know if it works finally or not

To be complete, let's make you know that my problem seems to have been solved by support members. I sent them the map that was corrupted.

They sent me a mail telling me to completely desinstall MM from my Mac and to reinstall it again. They also cleaned my corrupted document and sent it back to me. I followed their indications, completely uninstalling MindManager on my Mac and then reinstalling the latest version with the link they gave me.

Seems that everything's fine, up to now.

My corrupted map, cleaned by support, seems ok now and I didn't lose any data. Perfect!

Good support! Would just be far better if there was not this kind of problem with all new updates of MindManager...
