Missing email notifications in Mindjet Tasks

Even though I have email notifications set to "high," I receive no email notifications. I have checked the boxes for "top tasks" and emails for tasks that are due, but I'm getting nothing. I have checked my Spam folder and found nothing. Thank you for investigating this problem. (By the way, I posted this in March or early April, and couldn't find it when I searched today.)
